Sweet simple tasty onion vinaigrette dressing, great with all types of salads. Other uses include, marinating vegetables for grilling.

Ingredients

• 1/4  Cup(s) Red Wine Vinegar
1
• 3/4  Cup(s) Olive Oil

• 1  Each Red Onion, chopped
3
• 1  Table Spoon(s) Celery Seed
4
• 1/4  Cup(s) Sugar
5
• 1  To Taste Salt and Pepper

Directions

1. In a blender, combine onion, vinegar, celery seed and sugar
2. blend until smooth
3. Slowly add olive oil until fully incorporated
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste
