An Armenian favorite! Wheat germ, Parsley salad called Tabouli makes for a great easy summer salad. Bring it to a picnic, add a grilled chicken breast on the side to make it a lunch or light dinner. Add to the dinner table as an optional salad..or just a quick pick me up in between meals. What ever the reason, its a great guilt free salad you can have almost any time!

Cup(s) Parsley, finely chopped

Cup(s) Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

Each Romaine Leaves, washed

Directions
- In a bowl, add boiling hot water, then wheat germ
- Make sure wheat germ is fully underwater. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes
- In a bowl combine parsley, cucumber, & garlic
- Drain any excess water and add wheat germ, mix in oil, lemon and season with salt and pepper
- Stuff into a Romaine shell and enjoy!
