Description
This is a versatile dish that can be used for any meal. A thin rice flour crust topped with creme fraiche, onions, bacon, and Västerbotten Cheese. A crispy savory treat with a salad or on it's own.

Each Rice Flour Dough Disk, 10" (or pie crust)

Cup(s) Vasterbotton or Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated

Tea Spoon(s) Chives, chopped (for garnish)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- Lay out the rice flour dough and top with a thin layer of the creme fraiche filling
- Top that with the onions, bacon and cheese
- Bake on a pizza stone or perforated pan for 8 to 10 minutes
- Finish with chives and some tomato oil if available
