Description

Tasty Teriyaki treats served as an hors d'oeuvres or as an entree over rice, noodles, or stir fry vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1/2  Pound(s) Chicken Breast, cut in 1" cubes
  • 1
  •  As Needed Corn Starch, for dredging
  • 2
  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Sesame Oil
  • 3
  • 1  Fluid ounce(s) Butter, unsalted
  • 4
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Sesame Seeds, for garnish
  • 5
  • 2 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Teriyaki Glaze

Directions

    1. Dredge chicken in corn starch and remove excess
    2. In a pan, heat sesame oil then add butter
    3. Cook chicken on one side in oil and butter
    4. Flip chicken and cook other side for 1 minute
    5. Drain excess oil and butter
    6. Add teriyaki glaze and finish with sesame seeds
