Description

This Teriyaki glaze is great for marinating or finishing dishes such as chicken, beef, and pork. Also great for finishing noodles or a dumpling dip.


Ingredients

  • 2  Fluid ounce(s) Sesame Oil
  • 1
  •  Cup(s) Ginger, Garlic, Scallion Mix
  • 2
  • ¼  Tea Spoon(s) Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3
  • 1  Pint (s) Pineapple Juice
  • 4
  • 1  Pint (s) Soy Sauce (Light)
  • 5
  • 1  Cup(s) Water
  • 6
  • 1  Pint (s) White Sugar
  • 7
  •  Cup(s) Water (for slurry)
  • 8
  •  Cup(s) Corn Starch (for slurry)
  • 9

Directions

    1. Heat sesame oil in pan and add ginger, garlic, scallion mix
    2. Cook out but dont get any color
    3. Add all ingredient but the slurry
    4. Bring to a boil
    5. Add slurry
    6. Bring to boil
    7. Turn off heat use or cool and store
    8. If desired, strain product
