Each Sprig Cilantro for garnish

Directions
- Heat oil in a thick bottom saute pan
- When oil is hot, add cubed chicken and sear until golden brown on all sides
- When chicken is browned on all sides, remove from pan
- In same pan saute off onions, peppers and squash until they get some color
- Add the broccoli
- Add the Thai Green Curry sauce
- Finish with a little coconut milk if needed
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed with salt and pepper
