Make your own Thai Green Curry Paste. Grinding up a combination of Ginger, Lemon Grass, Thai Chili, and other ingredients. This is a great way to flavor soups and sauces. Adds a Fresh tasting element to many of your dishes.


  • 2  Each Red Thai Chilis
  • 1
  • 1  Each Lemon Grass Stalk, sliced or ground
  • 2
  • 2  Each Shallots, sliced
  • 3
  • 1  Each Elephant garlic clove, sliced
  • 4
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Ginger, chopped
  • 5
  • 1/4  Cup(s) Cilantro, stems and roots, chopped
  • 6
  • 1  Pinch Salt, kosher
  • 7


    1. Add all ingredients into a Mortar and smash with pestle until smooth
    2. Or grind lemon grass in a spice grinder
    3. Add all ingredients into a food processor and puree until smooth
