This quick technique shows how to easily peel and deseed tomatoes.


  • 1  Each Tomato

    1. Gently squeeze out seeds in tomatoes
    2. Shock tomatoes in ice cold water
    3. Peel off skin of tomatoes
    4. Cut tomatoes in half length-wise
    5. Place tomatoes in boiling water for about 30 seconds a little bit longer if using Plum Tomatoes
    6. Cut an "X" into the bottom of each tomato
    7. Use as desired
