Description
This quick technique shows how to easily peel and deseed tomatoes.
Ingredients
- 1 Each Tomato
Directions
- Gently squeeze out seeds in tomatoes
- Shock tomatoes in ice cold water
- Peel off skin of tomatoes
- Cut tomatoes in half length-wise
- Place tomatoes in boiling water for about 30 seconds a little bit longer if using Plum Tomatoes
- Cut an "X" into the bottom of each tomato
- Use as desired
