Description

Flavorful Chicken Marsala, a basic foundation for you to create some additions to this wonderful dish.


Ingredients

  • 4  Each 4--five ounce chicken breasts or cutlets
  • 1
  • 2  Cup(s) Button mushrooms
  • 2
  • 2  Table Spoon(s) Sugar
  • 3
  • 2  Each Cubes unsalted butter
  • 4
  • 2  Cup(s) Dry marsala wine
  • 5
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Olive oil
  • 6
  •  To Taste Salt & pepper
  • 7

Directions

    1. Place chicken in flour dust off excess flour.
    2. Place olive oil in hot sautee pan.
    3. Place chicken in sautee pan.
    4. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
    5. Add mushrooms.
    6. Add sugar.
    7. Cook for 1 minute.
    8. Add butter.
    9. Let reduce, till it coats the back of your spoon.
    10. Add any other fresh herb or spice.....make it yours.....enjoy.
