This Tri Color Potato Salad recipe is a great side for your next barbecue or backyard party.


Ingredients

  • 2  Pound(s) Purple, Red Bliss, Yukon Gold Potatoes

  • 2  Ounce(s) Weight Bacon, cooked, chopped

  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Red Onion, finely diced

  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Garlic, minced

  •  To Taste Salt & Pepper

Directions

    1. Boil potatoes until fork tender
    2. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined
    3. Taste and season with salt and pepper
