Simple yet delicious Tuna Salad. Great for sandwiches or served with a salad.


  • 15  Ounce(s) Weight Canned Tuna, strained of excess water
  • 1
  • 5  Fluid ounce(s) Mayonnaise
  • 2
  • 1/3  Cup(s) Celery and Onions, small dice
  • 3
  • 3  Table Spoon(s) Lemon Juice, fresh
  • 4
  • 1  To Taste Salt & Pepper
  • 5


    1. Squeeze and drain tuna thoroughly.
    2. Place tuna in a bowl and break into to small pieces.
    3. Add salt and pepper.
    4. Add small diced vegetables into bowl and mix.
    5. Add mayonnaise and break up tuna more thoroughly.
    6. mix in lemon juice and taste.
    7. Adjust with salt, pepper and lemon.
    8. If you like more mayonnaise you may add at this time.
