As Needed Reserved Turkey Pan Juice

Cup(s) All Purpose Flour

Directions
- Place roasting pan with pan juice on medium heat
- Skim the top to discard any excess fat
- Bring to a boil and scrape up brown bits from bottom of pan
- Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of flour over juices
- Whisk in to dissolve
- Add another 1/4 cup of flour and Whisk in to dissolve again
- Cook out until flour is almost browning
- Add 1 cup of chicken stock and Whisk in until absorbed
- Repeat this step 1 cup at a time until all chicken stock is absorbed
- Pour gravy into a sauce pot, Whisk and bring to a boil
- Add gravy master, Whisk and bring to a boil again then lower flame
- Whisk well then simmer for 30 minutes
- Taste and season if necessary
