  •  As Needed Reserved Turkey Pan Juice

  • 1 1/2  Cup(s) All Purpose Flour
  • 2
  • 4  Cup(s) Chicken Stock
  • 3
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Gravy Master
  • 4


    1. Place roasting pan with pan juice on medium heat
    2. Skim the top to discard any excess fat
    3. Bring to a boil and scrape up brown bits from bottom of pan
    4. Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of flour over juices
    5. Whisk in to dissolve
    6. Add another 1/4 cup of flour and Whisk in to dissolve again
    7. Cook out until flour is almost browning
    8. Add 1 cup of chicken stock and Whisk in until absorbed
    9. Repeat this step 1 cup at a time until all chicken stock is absorbed
    10. Pour gravy into a sauce pot, Whisk and bring to a boil
    11. Add gravy master, Whisk and bring to a boil again then lower flame
    12. Whisk well then simmer for 30 minutes
    13. Taste and season if necessary
