Vegetable Lo Mein

Description
Lo mein noodles stir fried with snow peas, scallions, Napa cabbage and bean sprouts. Add chicken or pork if you like!
Ingredients
- 1 Pound(s) Lo Mein Noodles
- 1/2 Cup(s) Scallions, chopped
- 1/4 Cup(s) Bean Sprouts
- 1/4 Cup(s) Napa Cabbage, sliced
- 1/4 Cup(s) Onion, sliced
- 1/4 Cup(s) Snow Peas
- 4 Table Spoon(s) Neutral Oil
- 1 Each Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Tea Spoon(s) Soy Sauce
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Oyster Sauce
- ½ Tea Spoon(s) Sesame Oil
Directions
- Add water to wok and bring to a boil
- Add noodles to boiling water
- Blanch for 30 seconds then strain and set aside
- Add snowpeas and cabbage to water
- Blanch for 30 seconds then set aside
- Discard water from wok and place wok back on high heat
- Add oil to wok, spread around to coat evenly then remove half of oil
- Add garlic, onions, bean sprouts and scallions, toss to stir fry
- Add blanched vegetables and noodles
- toss to combine
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil
- Taste and season if necessary
- Plate up and enjoy!
