Description

A zesty dressing with a base of fresh lime juice and walnut oil. This dressing can be used for salads or salsas. It can also be used as a wonderful sauce for grilled chicken or fish.


Ingredients

  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Honey
  • 1
  • 1  Table Spoon(s) Sunflower Honey (if available)
  • 2
  • 5  Table Spoon(s) Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3
  • 4  Table Spoon(s) Lime Juice, fresh
  • 4
  • 1 ½  Table Spoon(s) Thai Basil, loose pack
  • 5
  • 2 1/2  Fluid ounce(s) Walnut Oil
  • 6
  • 5  Fluid ounce(s) Blended Oil
  • 7
  • 1  As Needed Sea Salt
  • 8

Directions

    1. Using a blender, blend together honeys, Thai basil, vinegar and lime juice
    2. Slowly add in the oils while blending
    3. Season with sea salt and taste
    4. Adjust seasoning if needed
