Description

How to make a white balsamic dressing. See Chef Brian use this dressing in making his house salad. Simple and delicious!


Ingredients

  • 1  Each Romaine Lettuce, cut thin
  • 1
  • 1  Each Scallion, thinly sliced
  • 2
  •  To Taste Salt and Pepper
  • 3
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Red Onion, shaved
  • 4
  • ½  Tea Spoon(s) White Pepper
  • 5
  • 1  Tea Spoon(s) Salt, kosher
  • 6
  • 1  Cup(s) Tomato, diced
  • 7
  • 1  Cup(s) Cucumber, diced
  • 8
  • 1/2  Cup(s) Parmesan, grated
  • 9

Directions

    1. Mix all the vegetables in a bowl and dress with white balsamic dressing
    2. Top with the grated cheese and serve

    White Balsamic Dressing

    Ingredients

  • 5 Tea Spoon(s) Dijon Mustard
  • ½ Each Lemon, juiced
  • 2 Cup(s) White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 6 Cup(s) Olive Oil, blended
  • Directions

    1. Place mustard in a bowl and add lemon juice and white balsamic vinegar
    2. Slowly drizzle in the oil while whisking until the dressing emulsifies and thickens
    3. Season with salt and pepper
    4. Taste and adjust
