Directions
- Heat pan and add oil saute the sliced onions and garlic
- Add the mushrooms and cook out until you get a little color and mushroom liquid has dried up
- Add the white beans and season with salt and pepper Taste
- Add the chicken stock and reduce to a ragout consistency taste and adjust with salt and pepper
- Finish with butter and taste before serving
