Smooth, Velvety White Chocolate Ganache, a perfect topping for any dessert!


  • 4  Ounce(s) Weight White Chocolate, chopped coarsely
  • 1
  • 4  Ounce(s) Weight Heavy Cream
  • 2
  • 2  Tea Spoon(s) Butter
  • 3


    1. Place white chocolate in a stainless steel bowl
    2. In a sauce pan, bring heavy cream and butter to a simmer then remove from heat
    3. While whisking, add cream mixture to white chocolate
    4. Fully incorporate all ingredients
    5. Let ganache cool to room temperature
    6. Use on all your favorite desserts and ENJOY!
